You have the app, or somebody in your family does, or you live somewhere that runs Care Daily. You are an individual rather than an organization.

You are a client

Your organization pays Care Daily to serve the people in your care. A senior living operator, a PACE program, a home health agency, a health plan, an insurer, a property owner. You sign an Order Form.

Your own Order Form and any addenda come from your account team.

Organizations that sell

You are a partner

You take Care Daily to market: a distributor, a reseller, a technology platform that embeds us, a carrier or agency offering the service under your own brand. You sign an Order Form as a partner.

Partner TermsThe framework underneath a partner Order Form, covering distribution and the commercial arrangement.

Program-specific terms, including the agency and reseller programs, are issued with your agreement.

If you are not sure which one applies

Use the Terms of Service and Privacy Policy. They cover any individual using Care Daily, whoever paid for it. If your organization has signed something with us, that agreement governs your organization's relationship and your account team holds the copy. Ask us at hello@caredaily.ai and we will point you at the right document rather than send you all of them.
