Who this applies to

A partner is an organization that takes Care Daily to market. Distributors, resellers, technology platforms that embed our software, carriers and agencies offering the service under their own brand. A partner signs an Order Form referencing these Partner Terms.

If your organization is buying Care Daily to serve the people in your own care, you are a client rather than a partner, and different terms apply. If you are an individual using the service, the documents you want are the Terms of Service and Privacy Policy. Not sure? Ask hello@caredaily.ai.

What this document is

This is the standard agreement that sits underneath a partner relationship: what a partner may do with the Services, what we are responsible for, and how the commercial arrangement works. A partner agrees to these terms by signing an Order Form that references them.

How it fits with your Order Form

Your Order Form is the specific deal. These terms are the general framework. Where the two conflict, the Order Form wins, so anything negotiated and written into your Order Form takes precedence over the language here.

Versions

These terms are dated. If you signed an Order Form under an earlier version, that earlier version is the one that governs your agreement. Ask us and we will send you the exact version referenced by your paperwork.
