Care Daily Client Terms and Conditions

These Terms and Conditions apply to each Order Form executed between a business client and Care Daily.

Who this applies to

A client is an organization that buys Care Daily to serve the people in its care. Senior living operators, PACE programs, home health and home care agencies, health plans, insurers, property owners and employers. A client signs an Order Form referencing these Client Terms.

If your organization resells or distributes Care Daily rather than consuming it, different terms apply and your account team will provide them. If you are an individual using the service, the documents you want are the Terms of Service and Privacy Policy. Not sure? Ask hello@caredaily.ai.

What this document is

This is the agreement that governs a business customer's use of Care Daily: the service commitment, data handling and privacy obligations, payment, liability and how either side ends the arrangement. A client agrees to these terms by signing an Order Form to which they are attached or referenced.

How it fits with your Order Form

These Terms apply to each Order Form you execute with us. Capitalized terms not defined here are defined in your Order Form, and where the two conflict, your Order Form governs.

Versions

These terms are dated. If you signed an Order Form under an earlier version, that earlier version is the one that governs your agreement. Ask us and we will send you the exact version referenced by your paperwork.
