Precision Longevity
Longevity is not the absence of decline. It is a life someone chose.
Daily Longevity is Care Daily's Precision Longevity program. It starts with what each resident actually wants from this chapter of their life, then unites the fragmented data across your entire campus to help them get there, and tells your wellness team the moment someone starts drifting away from it.

The bottleneck
Operators can buy tools. Nobody sells an outcome.
A community can own sensors, wearables, fall detection, engagement apps, an EHR, dining, activities, nurse call, access control, and a shelf of staff notes, and still not be able to answer a simple question: is this resident doing better this month than last, on the things that matter to them?
The reason is that nothing fuses those sources per person, per day, across the whole environment. Every system is describing a different slice of one human being, in a different vocabulary, on a different schedule. The cost of that fragmentation shows up as staffing strain, turnover, liability exposure, missed revenue, and a portfolio that cannot standardize what good looks like from one building to the next.
Where it starts
Seven dimensions of wellness, and what this person wants from each.
Before a single sensor matters, the program establishes intentions. Guided interviews and validated instruments capture what a resident is actually reaching for, in their own words. That becomes the thing everything is measured against.
Physical
Movement, strength, sleep, and the daily activity that keeps someone steady on their feet.
Emotional
Mood, resilience, and whether someone is coping or struggling without saying so.
Intellectual
Curiosity and challenge. Lectures, classes, reading, the things that keep a mind engaged.
Social
Connection. Who someone sees, who they eat with, and whether that has started to narrow.
Spiritual
Meaning and purpose, however a person defines it, and the practices that sustain it.
Vocational
Contribution. Work, mentoring, volunteering, and the sense of still being useful.
Environmental
The space itself. Comfort, light, safety, and how well a home supports the life in it.
This is the part that separates a longevity program from a monitoring product. A step count is not an intention. "I want to still be leading the Tuesday walking group next spring" is an intention, and it can be measured, supported, and defended.
How the program runs
Intentions in, pathways out, measured daily.
Set intentions
Guided interviews and psychological instruments establish what matters to this resident across the dimensions of wellness.
Activate pathways
Intentions become concrete: the services, programs, classes, therapies, and connections that move a person toward them.
Capture micro-experiences
Dining, fitness, activities, location, energy, daily living, and clinical systems all report what actually happened.
Align and detect drift
Daily models compare the lived week against the stated intention and surface where someone has started falling away from it.
Act, and improve
The wellness team gets a prioritized, plain-language list. Every outcome sharpens the model for the next day.

What we unify
One campus, finally described in one language.
Care Daily runs a daily data-fusion engine across the systems a community already owns. Nothing is ripped out. The signals simply stop being strangers to each other.
Invisible by design
The best sensing is the sensing nobody notices.
A longevity program fails the moment it feels like surveillance. Ours disappears into the building. Lighting that blends into the wall does the sensing. Voice handles the interaction. There are no cameras and no microphones listening to conversation, and a resident who wears an Apple Watch simply has it join the picture.
That matters commercially as well as ethically. Premium independent living is sold on how a place feels. Equipment on the walls is a discount. Intelligence you cannot see is an upgrade.
Who it serves
Three audiences, one engine.
Progress toward the life they said they wanted
Not a wellness score handed down from a clinician. A read on their own intentions, in their own terms, with the community actively helping them keep it.
A prioritized day, not a data lake
Who has drifted, in what dimension, and what has worked for someone like them before. The program becomes defensible instead of anecdotal.
Compounding portfolio intelligence
One standard for what good looks like across every building, under your brand, and a data asset that gets more valuable every day it runs.
Why we are building this
What Precision Longevity is built to produce.
Create new Blue Zones.
The original Blue Zones were found, not built. They were places where diet, movement, purpose, and community happened to line up across a lifetime. A campus that can see all four for every resident, every day, and act when one of them slips, is the first serious attempt to build one on purpose rather than discover one by accident.
Multiply real estate value.
A life plan community is valued on occupancy, rate, and length of stay in independent living. A program that keeps residents independent for longer, and makes the community the one people compete to move into, moves all three at once. That is a larger effect on the underlying asset than anything else on an operator's roadmap.
Talk to us about a longevity program.
Bring your campus, your systems, and your wellness team. We will work through what the first ninety days look like.
- Intentions first, sensors second
- Unifies the whole campus
- Built for wellness directors
Thank you, that is with us.
Care Daily reads what comes in and routes it to whoever is best placed to answer.
