Sleep Signal, the AxEnd Wavve Hub, is a contactless radar sleep sensor that monitors heart rate, breathing, and bed presence with no cameras and nothing on the body. It plugs in and reads the whole night. Curated into Care Daily's Ambient Operating System, its signals join the daytime picture so a risky night is caught, understood, and acted on before morning.

How the integration works

Sleep Signal uses 24 GHz FMCW radar and connects over Wi-Fi, with an open SDK and API. Its vitals and sleep events flow into Care Daily's platform, where the AI Ambient Assistants reason over them alongside every other signal in the home and route alerts to families, staff, and response centers.
Sleep Signal is the AxEnd Wavve Hub, a product of AxEnd, Inc. Sensing methodology, specifications, and clinical claims are provided by AxEnd. Care Daily integrates and contextualizes Sleep Signal's data within the Ambient Operating System.
